RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to serve you with good customer service.  So if you have an issue with your order please contact us so we can work together for resolution.  We want you to love your items, so we understand that sometimes items need to be returned for various reasons (damage items, poor-quality printing, wrong size, color, etc.).

For all customer service related questions you can contact us or you can call us at 1-844-YES-ROCK (937-7625) and we generally get back to you within 24 hours. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. We are also closed on Holidays. If calling or sending an email during the weekend or Holiday please expect a response on the first business day that follows.

Returns:

Returns are ONLY accepted within 30 days of receipt date for domestic and international orders. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be received in NEW and UNWASHED condition within the said time frame. We will not exchange items that have been washed, stained, look worn, have pet hair on them or smell of smoke.  We are unable to donate the items in those conditions therefore we can not take them back. No exceptions!  If an item is returned to us in any of these conditions, we will return the item back to you after shipping expenses have been paid.

To begin the return process, please click on the button below. Follow the steps provided, including a few photos of the issue (garment defect, wrong garment, wrong print, etc.), and we will then provide you an RMA#. We will review for further instructions. In most cases, we will replace defective garments, defective printing, the wrong garment, or the wrong print, simply by explaining the situation and receiving photograph(s) showing the problem with the shirt. Please see below for some exceptions.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be
exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.  But contact us and we will see what we can do to resolve your issue.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use the return button above.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Cancellations:

If you want to cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact us immediately, and we might be able to take care of it.
_ If we can cancel, you will be given store credit for your purchase, as we cannot refund money.
_ If we are unable to cancel your order, then you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. Once we have received it, and approve, we will issue a store credit.

NOTE: We will not accept items that have been washed, stained, look worn, have pet hair on them or smell of smoke. We are unable to donate the items in those conditions, therefore, we can not take them back. No exceptions!
